1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact our support team before sending back any items.
2. Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customized OEM orders and special bulk productions are non-refundable.
- In the case of defective or damaged products, a replacement or refund will be arranged within 7 working days.
3. Return Shipping Fee
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Inkcloud will cover the return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
